Kasa Little Italy San Diego

Kasa Little Italy was a great place to stay for our recent visit to San Diego. The room was great. It had a well stocked kitchen, a much appreciated washer and dryer and a view of the bay off a balcony. There is a whole floor dedicated to amenities including a pool and hot tub. The location is very convenient. We'd stay here again

Kasa operates floors 8 thru 11 pretty much like a hotel, but without daily cleaning, which is our preference anyway. There was no list of chores to do at checkout time like VRBOs. We stayed in a corner two bedroom unit on the 8th floor & loved it. The unit was not exceptionally roomy but the design was very good & there was plenty of room for the two of us. The smaller bdrm had the ensuite bath & walk-in closet. The kitchen was well equipped. Ceilings were 9ft or higher & all rooms had floor to ceiling windows which were great. The entire 7th floor is a common area with gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, lounge, pool table, fireplace, outdoor deck & office/study spaces, all very nicely designed & executed. Only problem we had was with the odd thermostat in our unit. We accidentally cooked ourselves the first night by leaving it turned way down (71°) but on HEAT. After that we left it on COOL & all was good.

Love staying at Kasa Little Italy in San Diego. Such a comfort place to stay. It is really nice to have room to spread out in the kitchen area, workspace, balcony rather then staying in a hotel room. Amenities in the unit and building are great. 5 min walk to Little Italy for dining.

This was my first time in California, and we decided to book this Kasa Apartment for four nights — and wow, everything was absolutely perfect! Every single detail in this apartment is so well thought out. The kitchen is better equipped than my own at home — it literally has everything you could possibly need. I love when a host pays attention to the little things, and this place truly does: beautiful toiletries with an amazing scent, spotless cleanliness, and a brand-new feel — as if it had just been finished a few days ago and no one had stayed before us. There were coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper — those small essentials that make your stay so much more comfortable. Even laundry and dishwasher pods were provided! The bed linens were perfectly clean and smelled wonderful. The only small thing — the sofa bed was a bit too firm for our daughter to sleep on comfortably. I’d recommend replacing it with something softer. Other than that, everything was 100 out of 100! You guys are amazing — thoughtful, professional, and truly care about your guests. If I ever come back to San Diego, I will definitely stay with you again. Highly, highly recommend!

Staff were very accomodating to our needs. Big, clean, and spacious room. We came on the train and found it easy to get to Seaworld/Balboa Park/Midway Museum/Old Town Trolley for San Diego tour and gaslamp quarter carless. Public transport from Little Italy was an easy tap and go before boarding on the metrolink and as you board a bus. Made use of the sauna and massage room! If I'd stayed longer, probably the reformer in the gym, too.

Stayed at Kasa Little Italy San Diego for a few days and absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Edward at the front desk, he was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I also noticed that every staff member we interacted with was just as courteous. Even checkout with Marlon was smooth and fast. We had a few hours to spare after checking out, so my bf asked the staff who was in the lobby turned out it was the general manager Raphael, my boyfriend asked if we could leave our bags while we grabbed late lunch. He not only helped us right away but also suggested a few great spots to try. Place is also great cause its close to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, we loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location and very nice room. I booked the room thinking it was a regular hotel room, it was much more and it made our stay better than I anticipated. The room is essentially a single bedroom apartment, and a really nice one at that. While we didn't use the kitchen, it was nice to have as an option and it gave the place a nice home-like feel. I would book this again without question.

We stayed at Kasa Little Italy in San Diego last weekend and loved it! Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with really nice linens and furnishings. Huge gym with everything one could want, including 2 Peloton bikes. The location was great - easy walk to Little Italy for dining and the bay front for exploring. My only regret was renting a car, which never left the garage the 3 days we were there. Highly recommend it!
